The location is undeniably a winner-just a stone's throw from the Haram, which is a massive plus. You'll appreciate the free Wi-Fi in rooms, and I did find the room service quite decent. The air conditioning worked well, which is essential in that heat! The hotel itself feels somewhat dated and not as well-maintained as one might hope for a Ramada. For the price, you're paying for convenience over luxury. It might suit budget-conscious travelers, but don't expect a lavish experience.
